About the Song
《Devil》 is SUPER JUNIOR’s eighth Korean studio album, released on July 16, 2015 as a special project commemorating the group’s 10th anniversary. Featuring nine active members, the album marks Yesung’s return from military service, while Shindong and Sungmin were absent due to enlistment. It also became the final album to feature Kangin before his hiatus and eventual departure. Highlighting the group’s long-standing friendship and gratitude toward fans, the comeback was introduced through humorous teaser trailers that built strong anticipation. The title track “Devil”, produced by Stereotypes and long-time SM composer Kenzie, presents a fresh shift from the group’s usual title-song style. Lyrically, it likens the thrill of falling in love to facing a charming yet dangerous “devil,” complemented by choreography from Tony Testa and BeatBurger, blending polished performance with the members’ natural ease. The album contains ten tracks, including collaborations with Lee Seung-hwan, Kim Yoon-ah, Epitone Project, and Kang Jun-woo, and also features songwriting contributions from Donghae.
